Customer Service Officer
We are presently seeking client
Service Officer, WHO are accountable to confirm the client service,
satisfaction and retention by addressing their request, providing on time
update of their request and taking acceptable steps on their considerations. He
ought to even have AN in-depth information of all the Visa method across all
the Emirates (UAE solid ground and Freezone visas).
Key Accountabilities:
To be the prime purpose of
contact to AN assigned cluster of
shoppers, and guarantee consumer retention and satisfaction.
Establish relationships with key
call manufacturers in business to know business service connected wants.
Maintain healthy consumer relationships
with regular review conferences, proactive phonephone and email communication
and a relentless honest exchange of knowledge.
Understand the clients’ wants and
assess the matter /requirement and negociate closely with them throughout
demand, typically on a daily.
Establish relationships with new
shoppers and determine accounts whose revenue could also be shrinking thus on

Work closely with the man departments

confirm consumer satisfaction
Provide clear understanding to
the interior team on the need and expectation of the shoppers and supply
insight into service enhancements.

client communication.

Qualifications, Skills
& Experience:
Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or
constant qualification.
3-4 years’ UAE expertise on
similar role
Proficiency in West Germanic
language – Proficiency in alternative languages is another advantage.
Excellent Organization and Communication
skills.
Ability to figure well during a
team atmosphere.
Strong technical and pc skills
(MS workplace tools, etc.)
Ability to figure struggling and
meet deadlines.
Ability to figure below minimum
management.
